My brother and I both rented RV's and had multiple problems. My back-up camera did not work, the right side mirror would not stay in place, the table inside the RV was broken, the microwave was not working and the stove also did not work. When I spoke to the company they felt that none of these issues were a problem. There response was none of these issues effected my vacation. Which most certainly did. My brother's RV did not have any air conditioning while driving the vehicle and they stated that it was not working properly but still did not affect our vacation.
This company is the worst customer service I have ever done business with. They stated they sent e-mails when I checked with the server that I manage and no such e-mails were ever delivered. Therefore we did not complete the proper paper work and when we called in the day we were to rent the RV's they stated they had a problem because the proper paper work was not completed. When I asked how come they did not call me they said that it is not there typical business practice. When I asked for the information to be faxed a little girl answered the phone because the women who rented the RV has Wednesday & Thursdays off and the child did not think they had a fax machine.
Additionally, they never told us we needed to clean the outside of the RV's and we were being charged for that. Who rents an RV then must clean the outside, I detailed the inside and it still was not good enough. I smoke cigarettes and was smoking outside the RV in front of their staff and they claim I smoke inside the RV. I most certainly did not smoke inside the vehicle. I was charged an additional $250 smoking fee.
Bottom line I would never do business with this company and would not want anyone to spend $300 per night with this company. You can go to the Ritz Carlton and receive much better service and have a truly memorable vacation with no stress.
