I have personally notified them with proof of the fraud the bank has commited on my house, the accepted the certified letter and they still ignored and went to proceed on a motion for relief of stay which of course the crooked judge kwan in orange county ca bk granted them. Told the judge and he said who cares if they committed fraud whatever happened happened, its who bought it kow, YA RIGHT where the heck did he get his LIC from. Filed a UD federal removal and in 2 days got a response from a judge in federal court have a court date next year and everything is on FREEZE how said Mccarthy & Holthus especially the attorney that showed up that actually looked like SHREK. Showed on my federal removal that I sent the attorneys the fraud and ignored it . Showed ALLL the fraud and case law. These attorneys are so crooked it makes me sick to my stomach.
