This is by far the worst management company to have running your homeowners association. Stay away from these guys. For months, lights have been out in the lobby area of my building, many of the homeowners have called complaining, however they continue to ignore our calls. Instead, they waste time threatening to fine us for putting our garbage out the night prior to garbage night, and spend their time unwisely by posting flyers through out the community making it look very tacky.Wall paper in many of the lobby's are peeling to shreds, there is a weird smell in some of the halls, the pool was disgusting ( I refused to let my grand kids go near it), these people have no control over management, paying almost $300 a month just to have someone ignore your calls, and not keep up the buildings,and threaten to fine you for pointless stuff! The garbage has to get out one way or another! The elderly sometimes can not do it themselves and the only time I can get the garbage out is when my son visits me Thursday night.Garbage is picked up friday, what is the point!?! Stay away from these guys,you see very little for the high amount they take from you!
