State Farm Insurance Baltimore, Md- Md Insurance Administration(State Of Md) Shot from my blind side , State Farm said "the shooter had to be in the car with me", I'm Paralyzed... Charlottesville Virginia

I lived in baltimore, md I was a student at the time when this man shot me while driving from my blind side. I was told he had a record and was well known to baltimore police as a hitman. no one ever came from state farm insurance to speak with me but the cars that I ran into was fixed and my uncle's car was fixed.(I was driving my uncle's car) The police put the wrong info about the accord on the report, and i have pictures of the car with the licence plate before the accident i have plate for the honda accord with me today. all the accord info was in the car at the time of the accident, the car had a licence plates on the car & was taken to homicide crime lab everything all papers were in the car with my uncle name & address was there.

state farm stated the man who shot me had to be in the car not on the outside in order to be given anything for being a victim. when i spoke to ms L reed in baltimore, md in 1992 she told me the shooter had to be in the
car with me. i'm paralyzed due to the car accident. i couldn't stay in baltimore because my mother had to bring me to new york because if she didn't get back to new york she would lose her job, which paid for my medical expences in the hospital & rehab. my mother lost her job. i lived in baltimore with my father he wanted to put me in a nursing home. so my mothers took with her home and took on my care responsible for months before she could get any services for me and she still lost her job because she couldn't go to work and care for me. i don't know who's to blame the baltimore police for putting the wrong info on the police report, the only thing right is my name and that i was a victim. i was 18 in 1990 i'm 36 years old now my life was taken from me and i have suffered so much and for what? state farm insurance is the biggest rip off ms lori reed is now the investigator for state farm before she was the adjustor and she told me to stop calling because it's to late
