Colorado Better Business Bureau has just confirmed - IT HAS REVOKED MED1ONLINE'S ACCREDITATION AND DROPPED THEM FROM THEIR LIST OF REPUTABLE COMPANIES.

Better Business Bureau states they have received 76 COMPLAINTS from Med1Online customers within just past 3 years

"On January 29, 2009 this company's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure to eliminate the underlying cause of complaints on file with the BBB. The BBB has noticed a pattern of complaints concerning delivery and refund/exchange issues. Delivery issues allege late or non-delivery of products that were paid for in full. Refund/exchange issues allege that consumers have difficulty obtaining refunds/exchanges for non-functioning items, or that the company promises a refund but does not deliver... BBB processed a total of 76 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period."

Med1Online asserts that it does such large volumes of business that complaints are inevitable; however BBB received multiple complaints involving the same allegation and concluded that they are in fact "significant in relation to the company's size and volume of business."

For every complaint received by the BBB, there are likely dozens more who have also been victimized but haven't filed a complaint.
