Comments: Good morning. I am wondering if I am ever going to get my internet. I mean I pay for it.....I know I had a good signal for like a week straight and could not believe it. Now I am not receiving internet signal once again, this whole past week. I get the usual run around from your support team. I know at one time i was told that your pedistal in my area is meant to only carry 15 to 20 end users and is carrying 35. That issue was supposed to have been rectified by the end of August. Its now the end of Sept and I am not sure if it was corrected or not. The other night I was on the phone with one of your support staff, it was explained to me that there is a drop in service in my area and that it is being investigated with no timeline of correction.....I am still without internet. I am tired and broke for paying for services that I cannot receive. I am tired of waiting through your voice generated options to get to to a tech and then to only get any type of of resolve by!
a technician that MAY visit a week or two later....I am also monitoring the signal strength through the coax cable to the modem. Any correction to this issue immediately would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I am amazed that I still have internet connectivity right now. The first half hour I got online, I was booted off twice.
