We did a search on the internet for a book we needed. We found a link that said we could download this book, along with multitudes of other content from other sources. The price was $4.95. When we signed on, there was NO link to the book at all. We tried to contact the company, but they would not return our emails. Then our cc was charged $69.95 for a subscription! We have attempted to contact them repeatedly with no human response.

Backwards..

I was about to join media feed, when I thought to do a search on it's reputation,  I saw this site and am  not going to join now.   Why is it that you didn't do the same thing?  It is so easier to investigate beforehand than to go through all of this trouble later.  Please be more careful.  Before you join anything new online just do a search for reviews.  I guarantee if there is any problem, fellow humans will leave a report somewhere.
