Mediacom Cable - Mlaskoch Damaged driveway and will not replace as reccomended by driveway company Mound and Willow Creek Minnesota

We had a driveway company make reccomendation on repair and we were told it neede to be replaced due to the fact that the class 5 substrate was disturbed and the only way to guarantee no future problems is to replace driveway. Mlaskoch has admitted fault but will only repair bad area and sealcoat again with no future guarantee. They said that it should not even be on them because the subcontractor does not work for them anymore. We have tried to work this out all summer but have got nothing more than red tape!!
