This is stealing, I returned the box either in person or mailed it out with their return lable - I cant recall exactly because it was a long time ago. I asked her how all of a sudden they are charging me for this box. She said they do not keep charging me for the fee because they assume I will return it. Now, that sounds like BS, why would a company assume I will return it and if I do not return it they will lose on revenue that cable box would have generated for the time being.
I feel like I am getting ripped off here because I am canceling service with them and they cannot do anything about it. I hope that this is a lesson learned for everyone that reads this report. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS IF YOU RETURN ANY EQUIPMENT OF THEIRS.
