at its best!

After seeing my bill go from $84. to $135 without any warning, I called Mediacom retention services. They gave me a new package, or at least I thought they did, which was to charge me $99 per month for a year, and then rise to $109, the next year.

I just received a bill for $253, which contained a lot of misinformation. They charged me for a disconnect, which I didn't request, or agree to. And they charged me for Stars, whatever that is, which I didn't request or agree to.

Attempts to resolve this issue have been futile. They don't understand that their information is totally messed up. I have spent many hours on the phone talking to people who don't have a clue as to what is going on.
