I signed up with Mediacom in December, 2010. At that time they said the fee for telephone, cable and internet service would be $81.38 until December, 2012. That is not so. They sent the bill for January, 2011 and now are charging $108.71. I wrote a letter explaining what I had signed up for and have not received a reply. However, I got the bill for February, 2012 today and they have added the $27.33 they say is delinquent. I asked for a contract when I signed up but never got it. I find this business an aggravation to the courtesy of the customer and a questionable way to run a business
