I have had the 20/2 internet service for a few years now and this is garbage. I rates keep going up and my download speeds keep going down. This has been ongoing for the past year with no fix. I have had several visits to my house by techs and supervisors.

I wish I could send them a bill for all the time lost from work for repair visits that did nothing. It seems like every 6 months my bill goes up and my speeds go down.

Like now my upload speed is faster than my download speed lol.

.9 download 2.3 upload.

How will you continue to keep me updated through the thread on the Mediacom support forum when they closed and locked it over a month ago? Thank you for your patience? I think after the first year there is no patience left.
