3 weeks later we had to drop tv for satellite because we didn't get the hd we paid for and the rest if the channels looked like crap.
2 months later we dropped telephone for Vonage because we went a month with no phone service.
To this day we haven't had a days long in internet outage atleast once a month.
Typing this in a smart phone. At least they prorate but I haven't paid a full bill since signing up last march.
