I was looking for a college textbook. The book showed up in a search. I paid for the trial, downloaded the software. The book was not found.

I cancelled the trial membership the same day I took out the trial. Seven days later my bank account was charged $69.95.

I notified my bank of fraudulent charges and requested a refund from the company website.

Do not do business with this company.
