I have spoken to Mediak dealers around the country. They all have one thing in common. They have lost money. Out of all the mediak dealers I spoke to they all were either out of business, or no longer using their Mediak System because they simply could not make money. My issue is simple, they tell you over and over again about how much money you will make but never give references or details. This is for a reason. The reason being nobody is making money with this product and nobody can get a refund from these people once you give them your credit card. If they have anyone that made money with them they would be the exception! The only time I ever spoke to these people was while they were selling me on their product and after that they were gone. if you doubt this report take the time to do your own investigation and call Mediak dealer from around the country and you will be glad you did.

Need an upgrade there is a charge, Want add more names there is a charge, want to add more albums there is a charge, By the time they are done taking your money you have no money left to run a business with. They are the first to take your money and the last to give it back if there is a problem. They always say the fault is yours no matter what goes wrong and in some cases even try to humiate you and make you feel stupid..........I have stoped selling their product all together and they can take me to court if they want their system back
Dont do business with Mediak, Mediak LLC or Charles or Junnie Sublett

I've has the Mediak system for 4 years now, the first 2 years I was selling inside of sam's clubs and at first it was OK, I mean I would not get rich but it put food on the table but not much more. BUt when there was a problem with the books I kept and sam's club, they gave me NO support finding excuse after excuse as to why my books had to be wrong. I even hired an accountant to go ove the books and they found I was right. the bottom line ended up that someone must have returned some CDs that sam's refunded to them and never notified me. I contacted every store I had worked at and they had no record of any returns. So I ended up out money every week and as time went on it capt increasing.
The other problem is if you want any of the new cd software you have to purchase it along with purchasing 'burn' royalties for each CD produced. I have learned that other companies GIVE you the software, but you still buy the burn royalties (that is a better deal) . I have stopped selling the cd's as any show or event I do doesn't make enough to pay for the spot and expenses. Worst of all If I want to quit the business they want me to return the system completely with nothing back and I end up with nothing.

I Met with Charles Sublett and Junnie Sublett from Mediak LLC at a recent show, They had all the answers. They told me how much money I would make and how well everyone does that buys their system. They claimed to have dealers making 1000.00 a day. It was all lie. Attended several shows, did everything I could to sell these CD's and it was a disaster. I had everything from computer problems to materials arriving late.
I called Charles sublett and tried to call Junnie Sublett but they would not return my calls. I sent them emails, sent them a Fax and nothing. They basically took my money and just ran.
This is horrible and they need to be stopped. They are smooth talking people. I wish I had read this report before and called around to the dealers I found on the internet becasue I found out most of them are not making any money at all. These guys charge you for everything and promise to deliver the world and give you nothing more than a useless out dated computer in a box

I am a "brick and mortar" retailer and have been using the Mediak system for almost two years. I purchased my system (yes it was a bit pricey for the equipment) in August of 2007 and RECOVERED MY INVESTEMENT before Christmas of the same year (less then four months). I continue to sell this product and it is one of the most demanded items in our children's department. We currently do not sell on-line (I have been considering it) but as to the statements of being a rip-off I would have to strongly disagree with this. We have found that almost 7 out of 10 people that look at the personalized CD's purchase one and we continue to sell hundreds of these per year. I have never had a problem with support or having the company respond to phone calls or questions. The equipment has functioned beautifully without on minute of down time. We have generated repeat business over and over by word of mouth as once a child in a family receives one of the CDs, every other child that hears it wants one for themselves. I wish I could find another unique product similar to Mediak that would allow me to generate over $1,500 per square foot of floor space per year.

Nice try, Who ever wrote the latest about Mediak could only the owner. Do your own investigation and call as many people you can find on the internet that take their system to show after show only to come home with empty pockets. Ask them how it is to call Mediak or Charles Sublett after you have already bought your system from them. They will not every call you back, or return your calls and under any cicumstance offer you a refund.
My local computer person told me they are even using old computers and selling them as state of the art equipment just is not true.
Dont take the word of anyone in dealing with this company. They are experts at one thing only, taking your money. Be wise and do your own investigation

I have to defend Mediak because I believe in Mediak. It has done a lot of great things for a lot of people.
Like any business, success = time & hard work. I started selling Mediak's CDs after seeing it at the Chicago gift show, and I have done very well with it. I have an established e-commerce website, and I participate in shows and craft fairs. If I am working, I am making money. If I am not working, I don't make money. I question whether the individual has taken the time to bring the system and software out to shows, because frankly, the product will sell itself. Every person I have ever demoed this product on has liked it, and the only reason they won't by it for their child is if they don't have any money, and if they don't I will give it to them for a discount.
