This is one of the hardest ripoff reports I have ever done because of the possible retaliation I could receive.
Judge Bolton who receives large contributions from Donald Motsenbocker to his campaign, at Donald's request had me locked up in the psychiatric unit of Medical Center of Mckinney. Donald did this in retaliation for the ripoff reports I made on him.
This is what happened to me. Police came to my house and took me to the hospital in Mckinney about three months ago. I was asked several times at the emergency room and then during my stay if I planned on hurting anyone or myself. My answer was always truthfully no. I told the people at the emergency room I didn't plan on signing any papers, and that I would not be responsible for this bill. The lady in admitting right in front of the cop said let's sign his name anyway and you can be my witness. So they forged my signature.
Even though I had made no threats against anyone or myself, I was forced to go in their psychatric unit.
When I first got there I was placed in a room that had sticky stuff all over the floor. My feet kept sticking to what ever it was. I was in a room with a table and chair only. There was all kinds of sticky stuff all over the table also.
After awhile a man came out, who forced me to give up all my valuables and then strip searched me.
A nurse came out also, and kept asking me questions over and over again about if I was planning on hurting myself or others, and I truthfully said no again. She asked me if I had been exposed to tuberculosis. I lied and said yes, just to see if I could get out of that hell hole, and she put down no on the paper.
It doesn't matter how sick you are or what you've been exposed to, when you go in this torture chamber you are there to stay.
There was no interaction at all with the staff while I was there, except to check vitals once a day. The two doctors they had on staff saw patients for about two or three minutes a day, but usually relied on their office staff to do their business for them.
It was very spartan their. There was supposed to be food in the fridge for people to eat, but most of the time it was bare. I knew why when I saw the staff there one day, taking in a large shipment of food, and then laughing as they put it away to be taken home by them later on.
It was extremely dirty there, there was one poor lady who threw up constantly and the staff wouldn't do anything for her, and many times they would just leave the vomit on the floor.
I have multiple sclerosis, arthritis, asthma, and sleep apnea, along with spasms in my esophagus and colon. They wouldn't let me have my sleep apnea machine for awhile as a way to try and cojole me into admitting stuff I had no intention on doing.
One night I woke up extremely sick and could barely breathe. I went to the nurses station, and I was praying that they would help me, but they didn't. They took my oxygen level which extremely low. The nurse motioned for the other nurse and they thought it was so interesting that it was so low, but didn't do anything for me at all. That night like so many other nights I had to sit in a chair instead of laying in the cell bed because I feared I would die from asphyxiation if I laid down and dozed off.
People were there who had been beaten badly, and the only thing offered to them was a baby aspirin.
My wife brought me some books to read, and the guy on duty who was supposed to approve of my reading them, looked at one of the books, and just threw it across the room.
There were times there when it was extremely hot which aggravated my m.s., and then they would freeze us on and off.
I had a seizure one morning when I woke up and after all I had gone through, I didn't say anything because it didn't matter there. If you die in that place, just to bad.
One time a lady was there who didn't have on a uniform, but was in the office. Later on she came up to me, and said just between you and me, do you plan on hurting yourself or anybody else. I again said no.
Thankfully the number of days there that the insurance would pay for is only five, so they let me out on that fifth day.
And they were nice enough to send me a giant bill afterwards, that even though I didn't ask for this treatment, I'm told I will have to pay for it anyways or it will go on my credit report.
They are not getting a cent for this inhumane treatment. And my credit is already ruined anyway because of Donald lying and not paying for my medical bills as he promised, so who cares.
I don't know if anything will ever come out of this, but hopefully others will come forward who have had medical treatment at the Medical Center of Mckinney, who know what I'm saying is true.
This is Bush country, Texas, a model of what the rest of the country is going to. God help us all.
