I was assigned to B&G company to pick me up. They were late every day taking me to dialysis and i had to wait an hour at times to be picked up. They made many excuses why they were at home while on duty, cooking, sleeping or eating instead of coming to get me. One driver got orders for her husband to stay away from her, she got depressed and went home and drank some anti-freeze. when B&G noticed she was missing they called police and found her in the tub almost dead. instead of geting her professional help and evaluation, they called her back to work. at 6am taking me to dialysis, she saw a car stop on the road in front of us, she immediately stopped in the middle of the street for 20 minutes saying they were after her and was going to have a drive by shooting. i begged that she snap out of it or let me out and i will walk. then we sped by them finding out she was parinoid for they were just following the law by pulling over to speak on their cell phone. then when taking me home, she took me all over town, miles away from my home saying it was a different route to avoid her husband. what normally took me 12 min to get home became 30 minutes of fear and hostage. then one driver took me to kansas city to a hospital appointment. the drivers took off because it was friday and payday. i called ETM and they had no record of taking me.

 i called again 20 minutes later to talk with manager Jennifer in Manhattan kansas, they sent a driver to get me. i left my home at 11am and didnt get home till 8:30pm it only takes an hour to get me home. first once they got there in kcmo, they told me they had to pick up another patient that never showed up after 2 hours, i told the driver i was in pain and sick from having surgery a week ago, she called jennifer again and the manager told the driver to tell me to shut up complaining and if i did she would bake me some chocolate cookies. i told her i was not a child you could passify with scooby snacks, i was a human being. the driver was told to then go to Olathe kansas to pick up more people because there were no more drivers that could be called. i refused but couldnt get out and walk 50 miles i would die.

after getting there we got lost. once we picked up other people include children we headed back to my town. we got to the toll and a big 18 wheeler in front of us didnt make the k-tag area, so he backed up not seeing us in his blind spot we were too close to him after speeding to get home. the driver of the B&G backed up without looking to save us from impacking the truck and slammed into another van behind us. then we left after everyone was hurt and shaken up. i got home at 8:30pm thanked God and came in to find my family getting ready to send police after me. i was so shaken up i passed out. when i tried to get a lawyer, they told me they were not interested. I have not seen so omany crazy and cowardly people who were not responcible nor professional.  i called the manager of B&G and told her what happened. she sent me to yellow cab so i wouldnt go to the media after many complaints filed with MTM, they told me there was nothing wrong intheir investigation. so they took my info and asked B&G for their side of the story and favored B&G and told me i still had to ride with them. i told them if they came on my property i would call police. i came to them for help, not to be ignored and placed in harms way just to keep companies happy for job security at the risk of our lives. i was sent to yellow cab who was worse. they claim they have to make money to pay for their cabs, so we are not 1st priority. there are germs that if i catch i cant have a transplant. i complained about them to and MTM protected them and ignored me again. MTM shouldnt have the power they abuse and cover up for companies. once it was documented and they were cleared of no wrong doings, this left me a target of hate with the people i must see to get to dialysis or i will die if i dont go on time. my social worker says she hears these stories a lot and no one is doing anything about it.

if i could find a lawyer i will sue for abuse, hostage and disrespect full of Post traumatic stress disorder they have inflicted me with for the sake of greed and illegal activities. MTM should be srtipped of their power by allowing the patients to call their own travel provider they feel comfortable with. they have clearly demonstrated that they care nothing for us, can use medicade and medicare and get away with it with excuses.
