Medicus Marketing, now known as IBD Marketing has leased me a marketing package that is supposed to assist in acquiring new patients through direct mail, internet marketing and more. They offer a money back guarantee such that if they don't produce a certain volume of patients every month they will rebate on a pro-rated basis a portion of the monthly lease payment. None of what they promise do they deliver. Communicating with them is next to impossible: they rarely return phone calls, deny having received faxes and continually make excuses as to why they delay and ultimately never follow through in honoring their end of the contracts.

IBD Marketing is not a rip off.

AUTHOR: Me - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 04, 2007

I'm here to make everyone understand that IBD Marketing is not a rip off. IBD Marketing is just that we market resort's if everyone reads the contract they receive you will know that. The contract states that we market and we are more then an online copmany, kind of like ebay. On ebay we put pictures of whatever it is we are selling and its up to the buyer to come to you, like IBD we put pictures and all the info the customers provide to us and videos of the resort and when a buyer comes and make an offer we will contact the customer with that offer. I really can't tell you why the sales rep are unreachable but that is what customer service is for, they are well train to handle anything Monday thru Friday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM, we listen to the voicemails every morning, and also pull all emails thats being sent to us and before any customers sign up we do have a website IBD-Marketing.com or Showmytimeshare.com and we do have many resoures with legal information that can help any cusomters and it also states in the contract that after 7 days all sales are finally and just to be fair we give 3 more days so in total thats 10 days from the day you sign up and the only time we will refund if another timeshare company sells your timeshare before we do at the same price you set for us to sell it. I mean come on people when you buy things from the store and their return policy is 7 days they don't give you 3 days more just for you to think about it. Some stores don't even have a return policy. And we do mail out your contract the same day you sign up it does takes 7 to 10 business days to get there if you don't get it blame it on the UPS not IBD. And on top of that a sample contract is email to you, if an fax number is provided we will fax it to you right away. So really if nobody research the company and look at the website which we provide all the legal info, why must we be balme and be put as a rip off for your negligence.
