First and LAST time I ever attempt to use Megabus. Waiting for a 830pm Providence to NYC bus and by 9pm it still had not arrived. Apparently the 3:30 bus earlier that day never showed up either. My trip to NYC has now been foiled and ruined because of your wretched busline. I want a full refund of bus tickets, a full refund of the tickets for the event in NYC that I am now missing, and I also want compensation for the time taken out of my work for this trip that is now not happening. Plan on a lawsuit.

I will get my money and see to it that the general public knows what a horrible busline you are. Furthermore, upon calling customer service twice, your incompetent reps thought the situation was amusing. They were completely useless. Even the supervisor had no information. What is the purpose of calling customer service if they laugh at your misfortune, show no eagerness to help, and/or get the information needed to resolve an issue? Useless.

I am livid that I am now home missing a long planned event in NYC. I am disgusted that I ever gave your company a chance. I will see you in court. Your track record of problems and complaints will soon put you out of business. All one has to do is read reviews online regarding the many issues that megabus never get resolved.

Next time I will pay triple the amount if I have to to get to my destination and deal with competent professional service employees. Megabus is a complete joke. My best friend and I had great plans in NYC tonight and you have ruined them. And you will pay for our loss.

Below is the ticket receipt information for the event we had planned to attend for so long and now are missing because of Megabus. Full refund is expected. for the megabus tickets. Full refund is expected for the event listed below that we are now missing in NYC. Full refund of loss of wages at approximately $175 each for L.M. and myself will be expected. If this is not granted and full refunds are not issued you can plan having this resolved in a court of law and if it goes in that direction I will seek more monies for further damages Megabus has caused in ruining out weekend.

I will be following up with corporate, on Facebook, and twitter. I expect immediate attention and full resolution. I have never been so digusted at any company in my entire life as I am now. You are not a service to anyone.
