Other companies that receive orders from this customer beware. This cusotmer cannot be reasoned with. They will make false posts about your company to slander the business because they feel they were not treated with the proper customer service. No matter what you offer or try to do to resolve their issues they will not be happy. We lost 4,000 in sales becuase of this cusotmer over a month's period.
