On April 17, 2010, my vehicle would not pass state inspection since it was under warranty at Meineke I took it back to Meineke and they replaced the converter but I had to pay for labor. They issued a new warranty for 5 years and 50,000 miles. Warranty # T7783031. My cost for labor was $127.45.
On March 11, 2011, today, my vehicle had a rattle in the converter and since it was under warranty I took it to Meieneke again. The converter is broken again. The owner refused to honor warranty. Instead they gave me a quote for $836.90 for repairs. No other option was provided except an 800-number to Meineke corporate headquarters.
Bucky Cochran is the owner and resides in Fayetteville, NC and his number is 910-864-4545. He owns 5 or 6 Meineke franchises.
