Meineke Care Care Senter Rip-Offs and No Qualified Techs Stafford, Virginia

We recently took our care in to get tires put on the our SUV and and they messed up my tire sensors. My truck was working fine before we took it in but has not drove right since and the TPMS light has been on since the day after we had the work done. We took it back to them and they said that the band had broken. They ordered the part and replaced the band and then they told us that all of the sensors where now bad on our vehicle. This is impossible. Our vehicle was fine with no service lights when we took it in and now the light is on with all sensors bad.

They also did not inform us that we had to bring our vehicle back after 25 miles to have the lug nuts re-tightened. We were driving down the round with our kids in the car and kept feeling this shake on the front passenger side and when we stopped my husband and I got out to look and realized that the bolts were loose. They admitted they forgot to inform us of this. We now have had to take our vehicle somewhere else to be fixed today and not sure how much it will cost us from their negligence and damage to be repaired, because it is still in the shop, but I definitely do not recommend anyone to take their vehicles there.
