I took my car to this shop to be looked at and fixed. My car was in worse shape then when i took it in. One of the workers told me i need to change my belt and the wheel that it goes on along with all of the wiring.600 dollars later my car was running very bad and loud. when i as then why my car was doing these things they told me to bring the car back for them to look at it only to tell me that the problems the car is having is not there fault and that it was other problems the car was having.. they were very rude and nasty. I took the car to another shop to be re fixed they told me that the wiring was all wrong and that who ever did it did not know what they were doing which costed me more money to fix a problem that did not need to be fixed in the first place.

It never ceases to amaze me that people take their vehicle to a shop like this and think some kid knows what he's doing because he's wearing a uniform. Folks, these companies hire someone off the street but that doesn't make him an automobile expert. Two examples: I was doing a brake job on a granddaughter's car and was sold the wrong set of brake pads twice. Since then another granddaughter asked me to change one of her headlight bulbs. Can you believe, she was sold the wrong bulb. Same company, different stores. Just because they're good on a computer, looking up parts, doesn't make them a mechanic.

Everyone that has had a problem should get together and file a lawsuit against Meineke because you think you are doing the right thing by taking your vehicle to a shop to have your vehicle properly repaired and your actually getting your car fixed by someone that knows less then you did and it not right that they are able to do this to customers. I am willing to add my complaint to any lawsuit the more people that file they will have to listen and stop ripping people off.
