We ended up homeless after a proposal note that the trade-in of our 5th wheel would be $13,000 without looking at it, they simply refuse to take a look at it. After we paid for the transport of our 5th wheel and they saw it, the offer dropped to $6,225. It's costing us $1,000 to get our old trailer back. The cost is for the transportation round trip and $300 for a brake controller in the new truck (which is too small to pull the 5th wheel).

We were pressured to buy something that the new truck cannot tow either, they said that they had the information from the Ford dealer on the new truck and when we double checked that was not true.

We wish that they had looked at the trailer first and then make the offer - it would have saved us $1,000 and saved us from sleeping in our truck. We are seniors on low income.

Rather than spending the money to come to us to look at the trailer, they had us move our trailer which was our home for the summer and put us on the street and charge us big $ for it too.

It was a costly and bad experience and we share our story that it would not happen to other people - it's too painful.
