This company has caused me nothing but problems! I had to do all this unnesessary stuff to try and cancel my account with them. After the customer support rep. told me my account was canceled weeks later they charged my account for more money and sent me more of their packages. They caused me to go overdrawn in my bank account. I call them up again and they reversed the transaction but would not give me all my money back since they wanted me to pay for shipping for the packages they sent that I did not agree too. They then a month later sent me more packages after I had already been canceled with them and they charged my account again. The customer service rep says my account was never canceled and that she would then cancel it for me. I then recieved more packages and a voicemail from the company saying theres a problem with my account and to call them. I call them and they say the problem is they are trying to charge me again but theres no money in my bank account. I told them I had canceled with them 2 times so I spoke with a supervisor. After following all of their ridiculous cancelation policies I faxed him over the cancelation agreement again, and he personally canceled my account and sent me returning lables to send back the packages. Weeks later I see I have no money in my bank. What do you know!? They took all my money out of my bank account. I called up and spoke with another supervisor and says my account is canceled but they charged me for a backup order from september. He said they would credit me back my money except they were taking out money for shipping and handeling. I shoudlnt have even had to pay for their mistakes. They said my account was canceled and they continued to send me packages thats their fault not mine. I didnt ask for those packages. So now he is once again reversing the money back into my account which will take up to 10 days. So now in the mean time im left with $.54 to my name. I now have no money for food or gas to get to work. They have caused so much stress in my life I dont know what to do. I pray some justice is done and that this company can no longer mess with any one again.

I have recently read all these different reports on melaleuca and how they are rip offs and other things, I just have to say that from what most people say it is clear and I know most people dont, read anything before they sign it, it is a simple process that may take a few minutes but anyone who is trying to get you to read will wait, and if they do not, than you shouldnt sign it. Also everyone one of us here on this page that is complaining has more than every right to do so but should do so very carefully to avoid slander it is unecessary for name calling just to get a point across points are made just fine just by simply talking. I personally have no problems affording products from Melaleuca, and I know for a fact that most not all but most of there stuff is cheaper than almost anywhere else, definatly so for healthy products. I just hope that anything that is said in the future about anything is said with dignity to both parties and respect to both as well.
