I signed up with them because a so called friend was an agent and told me how fantastic the products were.
What they send you is poor quality, weak solutions and over priced.
Then if you do not order one month they send you some over priced product that no one reaaly wants - 30 vitamin pills for $100.
They bill your credit card and you are stuck with the unwanted pills. Great.
In this day and age they should be accountable for their business practises so every one just BEWARE.

How to handle the back up order

When joining Melaleuca as a "Preferred Customer" to received the best pricing on their products you agreed to a "backup order" if you fail to order during the month. Melaleuca allows for cancellations and the return of their products for full refund. Please read the agreement you signed. They offer 100% money back for 60 days. I hope this helps you.
