If you want to have your mugshot removed they charge you hundreds of dollars to do so. If you were not charged with the crime then they give you the offer to remove it for free. However you have to goto the trouble of finding documentation that proves this... which for me, would be very time consuming and I have enough things to take care of w/o having to worry about going to the trouble of sending this type of info every time some low-life decides they want to publish this type of website.
