Melissa Hibner , CORRUPT HR CLERK, PARTY TO EMPLOYEE ABUSE AT PINNACLE TECHNICAL RESOURCES Dallas, Texas

Melissa Hibner, the HR Clerk at Pinnacle Technical Resources in Dallas, TX was a party to the underhanded, unethical and illegal tactics of Pinnacle Technical Resources denying employees breaks and lunches, intentionally sending out erroneous work instructions to employees they were looking to terminate and then terminating them for following those instructions and for allowing the verbal abuse and daily harrassment of employees by managers.

Pinnacle Technical Resources, headed by Nina Vaca, had a major contract with AT&T. AT&T was also a party to the crime of abusing and cheating the employees that were hired to work at their facility. The State of Texas, Nina Vaca, Melissa Hibner and all of the abusive AT&T managers such as Mark Raab and Kimberly Wolfram should be ashamed and should be held accountable for the lives they destroyed. The health of the associates who worked so hard for them that they destroyed.

They should be held accountable for finding ways to undercut and underpay and mistreat their employees on a daily basis. Employees who have left the company are still suffering with the effects of the abuse.
