I noticed on my online bank statment on July 31st that when I opened a payday loan it gave this company permission to take $21.95 out of my account for roadservice without my knowing. When I contacted the office I was told they would credit the money back to my account within 5-10 business days. It's now August 17th and I still haven't gotten my money back. I called them back today and was told there was a technical problem with their system. I told her I called on July 31st and she tells me no in the system I called on August 3rd. That was a lie because I have it written down the inital date I contacted them. Then I was told the supervisor would be sent a proirity email message to speed up the refund. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said she can only contact him through email, I asked for his email address, she said there's database system it's going through. I don't believe they are going to process any refund so I contacted my bank to file a dispute to get my refund back. Something has to be done about this company. I'm not going to stop once I get a refund, I'm going to file a complaint against payday loan because they are giving this company access to our accounts!!!!
