I don't know if I would call this organization a scam, but i will definitely state that they have misrepresented every single person I have talked to. They offer an internet training program to acquire notes from banks on residential and commercial mortgages. The training modules are actually quite good. They say they their students are doing deals all the time. There is only one problem. They will not validate one single deal even without names, and no one that I have talked to has been able to complete one deal. These students are very intelligent people, and have worked hard.

Furthermore, the company takes exorbitant fees  for their program and their support is deplorable. They don't answer calls, they change their program from one idea to the next, etc, etc. Is the idea bad? Maybe not but when maybe only one out of a hundred people can complete a deal, there is either misinformation on the training or misrepresentation on the part of the company. In the note/loan business, people can't afford to wait 6-12 months without income for a possible deal!!!

The idea may be very good for commercial but certainly not for what they sold it on which was the big push on Residential acquisitions.
