I had purchased a vehicle back home back in May 2011- The dealer that sold me the car recommended this company, (kickback, maybe...?) The vehicle was from a registered dealer, as well as under 100k miles. The policy I purchased was for a total of2500$. I needed car repairs done twice within that period of my paying on my warranty, OF course! Nothing was covered...ever. After the second time my vehicle needed work, I decided to cancel my policy altogether. I have been waiting for at least 4months for a refund on the amount I put into the policy. I am so lost on where to go and what to do at this point. :(

We offer many different coverage levels. This customer purchased a mid tier level of coverage. He had 2 part failures that were not listed as covered parts. If you are looking for a policy that will cover all of your repairs you need to purchase a policy that covers the vehicle fully. This customer was issued a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their contract.
