Meracord rips people off

I am not the only one who has been ripped off by this company and united Conslation. I have lawyer and Atty General and better business bureau that says Meracord is to fault . paperwork is illegal. It is not my signature on the paperwork. I will take this matter to the media anyone that will listen

Meracord is registered to conduct business with the Maine Department of the Secretary of State and is licensed as a Money Transmitter with the Maine Department of Professional and Financial Regulation (License No. MD1461). As such, Meracord is an independent, third party payment processor who offers consumers a payment option for the secure handling of their money. Meracord receives payments from the consumer, disburses payments as instructed, and provides the consumer with account and transaction information.
In this case, you would have entered into a contract with 1UC to perform certain services. You would have also entered into a separate contract with Meracord to initiate electronic debit entries to satisfy the amounts payable under the terms of the contract you had entered into with 1UC. Nothing in your complaint points to any deficiencies with respect to the services you contracted Meracord to perform. Any failure of 1UC to perform in accordance with your contract with them cannot be attributable to Meracord. If you wish to seek a refund of money previously disbursed to 1UC for fees you agreed to pay them, you will need to contact 1UC directly.
Finally, we would like to address your allegation that Meracord has failed to respond to a complaint you filed against Meracord. It is our belief that you recently filed a complaint with the State of Maine Department of Profession and Financial Regulation Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection in or around October 11, 2012. Meracord received a copy of your complaint on October 22, 2012, along with a request that we provide a response to your allegations. Meracord thoroughly and timely responded to that complaint on October 30, 2012.
At this time, we've stopped processing payments for consumers who have entered into a separate contract with 1UC for their services.
