Meracord/Wells Fargo Caused my step-mother's dead due to stress of empty promises. San Antonio, Texas

My stepmother was diagnosed sometime in July that she had cancer and there was nothing they could, and Dad living with dementia for 2 years. Trying to get thing in order, she some how ended up with this company.

They began take $895 out of their account in August 2012, and continued to do so each month up until February 2013, My stepmother passed away on January 27, 2013.

Received a call on February 7,2013 from Wells Fargo about mortgage payment being due. I explained what had happen to my stepmother, but I was prepared to make payment, which they gladly took. Then I asked about modifying the loan. They ask if there were any other expenses because my stepmother had not given any.

So I reviewed bank statement and shared with the rep any thing that could help. I told the rep that my parents have been paying $895 to a company name Meracord, the rep told me we could not use it because it was theirs.

It was a retainer to help with getting mortgage adjusted. I told the rep, that if they had not been taking that moneys,my parents would not have gotten behind on their payment, and I wanted a refund for what they had just taken out on 2/1/2013. I need to follow up.  I want all the money back and more for the stress they put on my stepmother.
