Mercantile Hedge Terrence Stull Acted as a financial institution for investment/lending need to just steal your money Hartford, Wisconsin

Terry Stull reached out to my partner and I in regards to a commercial loan. He stated that he could lend up to 30% of the validated value. He kept claiming to meeting with his board of directors to decide if they wanted to do the loan as information was collected. He presented us with a Letter of Intent to do the loan with the terms. He then stated that everything looked good, but they needed to do a re-evaluation on the property to verify the appraisal. His company needed $850.00 to proceed. It took three weeks and we got a letter from him stating that a $4 million property came back at $1.2 million. I demanded to see the appraisers re-evaluation and he stated they used loop net to figure out the value. Of course I am leaving out that the original letter he sent us was to a different company, in a different state. How this guy doesn't have more complaints or is not in jail is beyond me. We demanded our money back and of course he is claiming he provided the service he claimed he would.
