Serious Safety issue on 2012 ML550,my pregnant wife and 2-year-old son and me were bounced like popcorns in the car on high way when air suspension failed again in 10 days after the first repair .

My 2012 ML550 bought in Feburary 2012, with 10000km ran into serious safety issue: air suspension failed twice in just 10 days. The airmatic suspension system leaks and failed twice within two weeks. First time was on
November 27, on trip to hospital with my wife to do the pregnancy test, 'malfunction' in dash at a STOP sign after 40-minute highway. Rear of the car sagged and could not be raised. Barely drove it home, bumpy all the way while
my wife was tested pregnancy positive on the day. Towed to dealer and found leaky distribution line in the air suspension system and they claimed fixed it on the next day. But we feel the air suspension very stiff ever since.

Then 10 days later on December 10, a day before we decided to sent it back to dealer for a check-up, while dining out, driving on highway with high speed, 'malfunction' in dash appeared and the rear of the car sagged again! My pregnant wife and 2-year-old son and me were bounced like popcorns on the flat bed in the car and
barely drove it home. Towed to dealer soon after. More problems with the air suspension this time: replaced valve, relay, now the compressor that need to be replaced also and ordered from Germany. The car is disabled at the dealership at the time of writing

As the car is unsafe to drive now, it is less than a year and 10,000km on it, I demand the full money back including HST from the manufacture because the manufacture has refused to replace me a new car at no cost to me.

"  I demand the full money back including HST from the manufacture because the manufacture has refused to replace me a new car at no cost to me.  "

By what stretch of the imagination do you figure you're owed a brand new car?   Have you read your warranty?   It says that they'll repair your car for a given period of time and mileage.   Nowhere does it say you get a new car if a repair has to be done twice.    Your sense of entitlement is comical.

Call a Lawyer and see what your likely hood of winning a court case is.

That will determine whether you have a chance or not.
