I was contacted very early in the morning, thier message via computer asked if this was XXXX, if it was XXXX press 1. I pressed 1. A man asked if he was speaking to XXX and pronounced my name wrong and I simply corrected him. He then went into a screaming frenzy on the spelling of his name. John Banker, was the rep. I asked if I could help him, then he asked for my SSN. I don't give out my SSN to anyone. I asked again what this was concerning, a collection? He tried to pellet me with crap about state and federal laws, but would not give any information that it was a collection. He started to curse me on the phone. All the while this man was screaming in my ear. Totally rude and socialably unexceptable. I kept asking what he wanted and he kept screaming in my ear. I just bought a new home, a new car and got a new credit card. If this was a collection service why are they calling me? I've gotten all my creditu bureau reports and corrected the incorrect data and 10-22 yr old "bad credit". (yea shame on me for not doing it sooner)How could I get a new house, car, and another credit card with such bad credit that this company found my unlisted phone # and called and proceeded to curse me out at 845am???
This company needs to be sued for harrassement, disolved and burried under a trash dump somewhere along with thier customer service reps if they all are so rude..if that's even the proper verb to describe them.
Watch for thier MSG on ur caller ID, don't answer and be subjected to this verbal abuse!
Who governs these companies? Can anyone do something about it????
