Merchant Services Direct Former Employee setting the record straight Spokane, Washington

This company is a pyramid scheme devised by a group of young drug addicts with no morals. The only people making money working for the company are friends of the owners. I would consider their offices puppy mills. They hire anyone that will work for straight commission. Literally 3/4 of the office I worked in was convicted felons.
They get in the door of businesses by telling them on the phone that they need to update them on some recent rule and regulation changes. They then proceed to lie about the way these new regulations are actually affecting the cc processing industry. They will potentially save you money but in a very shady and immoral way. Any company can go into a business and look at their merchant statement to undercut their current rates. The main problem with this company is the reps and customer service. The reps are rampantly undertrained/trained to lie. MSD is not an overhead processor but intact an ISO for Wells Fargo. The customer service is horrendous. It will take 30-45 min sometimes to get through on the phone. When you finally get through most of the time they will either say they will call you back and never do or tell you to call your rep who also will never call you back.
Do not do business with this company unless you yourself are a hustler and have respect for other hustlers game(or however you people talk). They will only disappoint you with false promises and blatant lies. Good luck MSD. I didn't even mention all the fraudulent accounts they sign daily...
