I own a business in San Marcos and received a call from Merchant Services Direct in San Diego a couple of months ago. Initially, I was skeptical and thoroughly researched the company before meeting with the rep. Coming across the reports on this site, I developed a negative view of the company but decided to give the rep a chance because I know how easy and common it is to come across complaints online; people typically write reviews to complain rather than praise. 

I'm glad that I did. I met with an extremely knowledgeable and personable rep named Eric Torres. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease. We discovered that I would be saving between $150-$200 a month with their company. With that information, I made the decision to switch. I have been with the company for over 2 months now and I have no complaints! I'm saving money and Eric is always available to answer any of my questions. Consequently, I have referred Eric to other business owners in my area.
