I bee taking my car to merchant tire in Tyson's corner ,in Vienna va for last 3 years for oil change,I live only 1miles from the shop. Last week I took my car for oil change again to different merchant in Burke va.. And manger told me the oil pan broken . I said ok how it's broken ,and he told me ,the shop you been taking your car they brooked it.he didn't know I been taking my car to same company merchant tire.than I asked him how much cost to fix it.he said the part 199 dollars and labor 72 dollars .and i need 3 hours .one hour later I called the manger his name mike , do not fix the car I will take it to merchant in Vienna .mike the manger I can't give you the car ,you can't drive it ,you have to towed it,than I called Honda dealer at Tyson's corner , for the part oil pan how much cost ,he said 139. Dollars I order from them.he said take 3 days for delivery,thank I called mike the manger at merchant in Burke ,how long it s gona take my car to bee ready ,he said 3 days ,than I told I will bring the part ,he said its fine, after 3 days I went to pick up the part from Honda ,I told them the problems .with merchant tire, the part manger said they should repare your car free they are responsible for it .Any I picked the part I took to the merchant in Burke .he said come back in 4 hours .later I come back to pick the car.mike the manger he want to charge me 5hours to put oil pan .than the part. Almost 500.00 dollars ,I start getting mad ,he said i will give 220 dollars off , it's not your fault .merchant Tyson .they should fixed for free,i picked my car .i call the mangr at Tyson's corner ,he can't do nothing about it .i called head office for merchant ,they said they gona call me .i never heard from them. Please when you want to take you car to merchant tire think 3 times..thanks
