The manager at this location knows nothing of customer service. He was rude and towards the end the verbally threaded me stating he knew where I lived and if I filled a complaint I would be sorry. This kind of thuggish threat has no place in business and is against the law if it were worth perusing it. He started dismantling my car without my authorization when I only brought it in for a state inspection and tried to tell me that I needed over 300 dollars of unneeded service. When I pushed the issue he finally admitted that the service was not needed to pass the inspection. After he admitted that it had passes the inspection he left it on the Jack stand with the tires off for over an hour just to keep me waiting. Only after I threatened to call the police to reclaim my property did he finally return my car to me. God only know what else he did
to my vehicle.
