I signed papers to get merchant services about 16 months ago. I was not happy with the company because they were over charging me & had very bad costomer service so I switched. I called & asked what I needed to do to cancel & they said just to fax why, the name of the company & my name. A few days later they took out $3,281.18 out of my account. I called to ask why & they said because I broke a contract. I said I never signed a contract. They said the paper you signed  at the top said I'm agreeing to the "terms & conditions"

I was never sent any terms with the paperwork & they said (well you should have looked them up on line) so I argued & they said (if you sign back with us we will refund your money in 14 day) I told them I was going to repot them to the BBB. The next day the money was back in my account. So I closed that account. Then they sent me a letter saying i had to pay, or they wouldtout it on my credit and take me to court. I even asked the sells man when I signed if there was any cancelations fees, or contract, he said no!!! So after speaking to a lawyer about the situation he informed me that they are crooked. He said I would probably fight them in court.

To avoid the stress of dealing with court and paying lawyers I opted to just sign back with them with the understanding from Julie Montella (owners wife)that all I would be charged is a $9 monthly fee otherwise I would not have continued my service with them. I asked her on several accessions I will only be charged a $9 monthly fee right? She said yes! I also asked if there was a minimum amount of credit cards I had to run she said $15.

Well they took out another $10, $9 & $42 in 3 days!! And the only thing they are refunding is the $10. They said well all your fees still apply. I have conversations recorded of them telling me there are no minium credit card transactions & then Julie saying You have to proccess a minium of $15 in credit cards a month. I also have a recording of her saying yes when I confirmed with her that I would ONLY be charged a $9 monthly fee & only have to process a minium of $15 a month in credit cards!!

This is a VERY crooked and fraudulent company! They will lie through there teeth and try and trap you! Never sign on with a company that calls your Buisness!! Just go to your local bank.
