Merit Financial Sanata Monica Ted Root and Shawn Oesterrreichter Ripped off by Shawn Oestrreichter and Ted Root Santa Monica, California

I called Merit financial to see what their commission rate for selling gold bullion. They donot like to call it a commission. I talk to Ted Root who promptly referred me to Shawn Oesterreichter who promptly said it would be smart to convert my gold bullion to gold Proof (which I found out later this was against company policy) Shawn was dishonest becuase he never told me what the commission to convert until after and the company had a false ceiling (called a spread) $200 above gold bullion price to sell gold proofs. After the transaction was made Shawn charged 55% to convert. I feel he misslead me so he could make a excessive commission at my expense.
