I bought silver with Merit in March. My check was cashed in 3 days. There ad says "right Gold right time"I waited 123 days for delivery. They were rude, my salesman Dave Martell hung up on me repeatedly. The office manager Mike Getlin would not return my calls. This was unproffessional company that used my money for almost four months. Avoid these people at all costs! One day I bet they get someones money and don't deliver (ever).

Thank you for your Smart Alec response. Let me help you do your  math.....I have not got my shipment yet. The 123 days was based on Mr. Martells most recent response. It may be longer.

The Gold or Silver is to be shipped to the depository not me. The 12 year old tone of your letter will show everyone what a self righteous Company this is.

I will not give you any name except my screen name until my metals show. I may be old but I am not stupid.

Anyone who may have doubted your poor service just has to read the tone of your letter. No attempt was made to help, just to justify your failure and make fun of me.

I will be going in to town soon, as I think an attorney may be needed here.

Based on our internal records and research, we believe this report to be an untruth.

As we conducted our research , we found that we do not have any record of, or purchase from Mr./Mrs. J. Rogers  on file.   We even looked through our Client Services email account, at MeritProfiles(at)Gmail(dot)com, the best way for our clients to get answers to their questions/concerns online and could not find a single communication from anyone named Rogers! 

We utilize a state of the art Customer Relationship Management software and found that no clients named Rogers completed a silver transaction in the past 6 years.     Additionally when we do the math even if Mr. Rogers  ordered on March 1st,  ( March has 31 days, April has 30 days, May has 31 days and today is June 20th, we get a  total of  112 days today 6/20/11.  Mr. Rogers claimed he did not get your Silver for 123 days?  Kind of hard to figure that out.  Beyond that, MF would have contacted the client to discuss their options in the event of any extraordinary delays.

Our company conducts millions of dollars in transactions on a daily basis and have a policy of customer satisfaction above profit.   We have delivered 100% of every transaction we have ever completed with our clients.  Our orders either go out ahead of schedule or are delivered day of.  In the rare event that an order is delayed our world class shipping department notifies the client of their status and options.  We have nothing to hide and will not lose site of the mission that has grown us to where we are today; Always offer our client, "The Right Gold at The Right Price, Right Away!"

In conclusion, we wish to take this opportunity to communicate with all potential clients conducting research on Merit at this website....  We stand behind our company and our Account Executives are the tops in the industry.  With hard work and attention to the voice of the customer we have become America's preferred precious metals dealer.  If you ever have an issue with our company, please contact us at MeritProfiles(at)Gmail(dot)com and we will respond within 24 business hours.  These emails are read by the president and vice presidents directly.
