April 14 I ordered a "trial bottle" of Metabofuel, was lead to believe this was a hurry deal due to limited supply etc, I did read everything I saw on the page and when I got my reciept I printed it and thought it strange but crossed my fingers.
About 7 days later I recieved my "trial bottle" and thought it was strange that it was an entire month of pills so then I thought it was to be taken more than once a day, again no, only once a day, thought nothing else of it, I did take Matabolife for a long time and for some reason I was thinking this was the same thing, it is not and when I told them that I was told "ugh huh" "Yes Ma-am I will make a report for you and tell them of your concerns"
I tried to go to the web page but this was a different one, the first one was an e-mail I recieved and unfortunatly I was sucked right in.
As soon as I saw the charges I called and spoke with Janis, and asked her to not ship me any more, she said 2 bottles were shipped on the 8th, the day the charges were pending in my account, and I should just use them, I told her I was not impressed with them and, long story short, she hung up on me.
I called back and spoke with Adrian and he too told me it was my fault and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me they were on phones with other customers, I said I would wait and he said it could be up to an hour or so, when I told him I was going to take this further he told me not to do anything for 24 to 48 hours, someone would call me and if not to call them back and I said If I call back who will I ask for, so they dont tell me the same thing you did and he said just to tell them, there would be a report and they will help me, well need I say, I called today and again I was told no one was available to talk to me they were on other calls and when I said Give me a number he said no, the only way we can contact management is on our systems ( how did he know they were on the phone?)I said give me an e-mail address to be able to reach them and he said email@example.com.I decided I was getting the run around and turned to you.
I did explain to both guys that I was more than willing to pay for the one bottle I had already, but not the other ones, he told me that was not possible.
I also asked if our coversation was being recorded and he said yes, I told him good I wanted to make sure there was no question as to our conversation.
I dont understand how they can continue to screw consumers, it is so unfair and they make it hard on the honest businesses out there, people are afraid to do business over the internet.Please lets put a stop to this.
Honest people work hard for their money!
