I filed a police report against Fidelity Bank in Wichita KS for tampering and stealing from my acct. Fidelity Bank closed my acct early then was told and agreed upon to give time to move the money to another bank or get bills payed. Fidelity Bank knew I had checks out on bill pay. Fidelity Bank closed by acct. early with out my knowlege and then called Metavante to have then stop payment. Fidelity has in the past mishanded my money and refused to pay me off in a timely mannor. I ask for statement on my acct. and they still refuse to send me statements. I have a $700 check that I sent to a person in which that person gave me in exchange for cash. That money was already taken out from my acct. Metavante say and has billed be for checks they say they paid out and Fideilty refuses to pay out after it came out of my checking acct. They then closed my online bill pay at two other banks to force me to pay metavante checks that Fidelity refuse to pay metavante. Fidelity bank still refuses to pay me for stop paymet checks that was sent out and I had well over $2000.00 in Fidelity Bank. Metavante knew of the situation, for I was on the phone with then and they also called me. I told Metavante that Fidelity has tampered with my acct. I told Metavante that I needed some time to get them payed for Fidelity Bank as far as I was concerned, stole over $2000.00 from me. Metavante then stops me from being able to use bill pay at Meritrust Credit Union and State Farm bank. I sent Metavante a check for $340.46 on July 25 2012. After I sent them the check Meritrust then frees up my acct. so I can use bill pay. Metavante then send me a letter saying that they have sent me back the $700, if so where did they send it too? I never got it. Metavante then send me a bill for $4.00 and $1.00 so I sent them a $5.00 check on 8/30/2012. I called metavante to see if they got it for State Farm Bank is still blocking me from using my online bill pay. Metavante then says that I only owed 4 cents and another 1 cent. There is a big difference in $0.04 and $4.00. I guess Metavante has Obama for there acctant, or Biden. This means that on 8/30/2012 Metavante owes me $4.95 and they still refuse to refund me any and all money due me. As of today State Farm bank still plays metavante's game and refuses to allow me to use State Farm Bank on line bill pay. Metavante is still refusing to pay me and has as far as I'm concerened stealling money due me, and have fraudulantly over billed me. State Farm Bank knows of the situation and still refuses to unblock by online bill pay.
