We shopped at Store #037 located at 3003 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, Ontario  during the late evening of Thursday 13 January 2013. A young, clean-shaven, thin built, tall, Caucasian-White store employee who had his name-tag turned  reverse side up (and refused to provide his name) was standing in the customer-service enclosure. We asked to purchase a TTC metropass for the  next month, which as per the posted store signs was available in the store.  He replied: "F**k off! We do not serve black immigrants". When we replied:  "Excuse me?", he said: "We do not have any more left for you". We asked for
 the store manager. He told us that there is no store manager available now.  He is in-charge.
