 8:48:30 AM : Lili: Actually the reward was $50 for one and $150 for 2 and $300 for 3.

 8:49:38 AM : Robert: Thank you for the clarification. I bought three phones and the rebate was amended to include all three phones. Please check your records to see that the retailer made the amendment.

 8:53:29 AM : Lili: I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do. The promotion is closed already and no actions can be taken.

 8:56:00 AM : Lili: I don't have those records because this is an old promotion and I can pull up the other submissions.

 8:56:52 AM : Robert: They were all bought at the same time.

 8:57:03 AM : Lili: sorry I can't pull them up.

 8:57:07 AM : Robert: This does not make sense and is not what I was promised.

 8:57:40 AM : Robert: This is an error you need to correct.

 8:57:59 AM : Robert: To whom may I appeal?

 8:59:45 AM : Lili: I'm sorry but we can't do anything because the promotion is closed.
