If you are the employer reading this... check it out for yourself and stop cheating these people. I will be reporting this further if these employers dont stop trying to take advantage of people. This is America. We look out for our own. We have laws to protect people (Fair Labor Standars Act) if you no longer work for these people and didnt get paid for your overtime. It isnt to late call a Labor Attorney. There is one listed on the web site above. Don't let them tell you that this law does not apply to Managers of their stores. You are the ones who are getting cheated the worst.
