I bought a new phone after being a customer for two years. My service is fine but I wanted to get something more like the iphone just not $600.00 bucks. I bought the Samsung Admire ($112.00) after 2-3 days I found I really hated this phone, unsharp photos on camera and volume couldn't go higher to hear callers. I was reading good things about the LG Connect ($349.00)

The salesman who I knew more about the phones than he did! said I had to return the phone within 6 days which I did when I returned in 4 days I returned to find "Moe" was no where to be found,. The incompetent Teens behind the counter turned me right off?. I understand that Metro is a discount, cut rate Co/. But gimme-a-break! hire people that have been trained and are at least close to being human!
 
I figured out after Moe kept calling someone to answer my questions that this was merely a satellite store,. He preceded to tell me that I couldn't return the phone, that that only applied to New service phones not existing phone numbers!, He also told me the phone I bought was 3G which was incorrect they don't offer this phone in 3G or 4G ONLY 2G!! AND that if I used the call time for over 1 hour I couldn't return it:. He never said that..

When I got the owner on the phone another mutant with a heavy middle eastern accent He was basically telling me the same thing apologizing to me at the same time as being condescending and patronizing!!!!! Basically saying I don't give a ***!! Here I want to return a product I have just bought only to buy another more expensive one! The salesman's misinformation and owner not giving a *** has lead to this complaint|.

Moe felt bad I saw that on his face and he did apologize being I was more knowledgeable than he, but in the end I got nowhere, I went ahead and bought the new LG Connect being we are all dependent on out technology today as a way of life, plus I don't feel like spending more than $50'.00 per month for such a *** device we all have been hoodwinked into believing we can't live without!!

excuses hiding behind what they call "Corporate Policy" IS IT CORPORATE POLICY TO LOSE CUSTOMERS?????? TO BE CONDESCENDING AND RUDE???? IS THAT POLICY AS WELL?????? I ASK YOU? So now I have two new phones! both paid for one working one not! Fly by night dealer name C&K Wireless, Boca raton Fl. Unprofessional, untrained empolyees. and unknowlegeable!
