Metro PCS is THE WORST company in the world to deal with! No matter what, do NOT do business with them if you have a choice. They treat all customers like like they are scum of the earth. There are no real people to talk with when your bills are wrong and if you don't know your password, too bad, so sad. They will NOT tell you under any circumstance what it is. Then after 3 hours listening to maddening recordings, you may get some idiot overseas on the phone who speaks no English and who seems to enjoy treating you like dirt. Metro PCS can't get their billing right, although now I am convinced that is THE PLAN. The plan seems to be to RIP-YOU-OFF, then treat you like scum and then continue to miss-bill you intentionally and drive you insane in the process. All I can say is that you either have to be crazy already or insane to do business with this company.
I went to a corporate store where a security guard stands alert while people are screaming at the top of their lungs at the brain-dead service people and you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait (1.45 hours the last time I went there) and listen to screaming and more screaming. Then they have the balls to actually CHARGE YOU EXTRA TO PAY YOUR BILL THERE! That is a joke!
They have already turned off my service for no reason (their mistake), incorrectly billed me numerous times, sent me threatening text messages that they intended to turn me off and all I did was add an additional line. So much for that bright idea. I am LIVID!
I think that this company should be forced to close-up shop and leave the business to honest companies that can provide some customer service. Also, if they simply rip-off and con people out of decent service they should be arrested.
Lastly, the least they could do is hire AMERICANS who need work. The company is truly UN-American in my book and I intend to disconnect my service from them immediately. I HATE METROPCS with a passion! Their lack of service is HORRIFIC!
